RawFoodChef.com offers online shopping for those hard-to-find essentials for your raw food kitchen. Every item in the store is used and/or approved by the Living Light Culinary staff.

For example, our staff prefers to eat on woodenware--so we searched for the best-quality, most reasonably priced sustainable grown wooden plates and bowls. Our wooden bowls are lightweight yet sturdy and large enough to hold a full-meal salad for one raw fooder. There is really something special about eating out of a wooden dish and using wooden serviceware, and once you try it, you, too, will feel the difference.

We also enjoy using organic cotton and hemp napkins and have found the nicest-quality unbleached natural-fiber napkins that wash well and dry soft to the touch. Cutting down on paper waste fits with our commitment to living lightly on the earth, and that's as important to us as our commitment to purchasing organically grown produce! Another item our staff members all use and appreciate is our glass drinking bottles with tight-clamping lids. They sell like hot cakes at all our trainings!
